Description
When I visited Jaisalmer a few years back, I had seen these patchwork tapestries hanging on the walls of the Golden Fort (Sonar quila) and they were being sold to tourists. They were so beautiful that I had to paint one.
These traditional tapestries are woven from vintage fabric patches in Jaisalmer in India. Each tapestry is unique, richly textured, colourful and completely hand made.
