A vintage movie poster of ''Niagara'', a 1953 American film noir thriller directed by Henry Hathaway. The film is known for its suspenseful plot, striking cinematography, and the charismatic performance of Marilyn Monroe in one of her early leading roles.
The story of "Niagara" is set against the backdrop of Niagara Falls, a famous natural wonder. The film follows the lives of two couples staying at a Niagara Falls honeymoon resort. Rose Loomis, played by Marilyn Monroe, is a seductive and troubled young woman, while her husband, George Loomis, played by Joseph Cotten, is a mentally unstable war veteran. The other couple, Polly Cutler, played by Jean Peters, and her husband, Ray Cutler, played by Casey Adams, are on their honeymoon.
