Description
The ruins of what was Frazier's Meat Market stand in the unique desert community of Sanderson, Texas. Once a thriving business which boasted the very first refrigerated meat counter in the Big Bend area, the building sits in a quiet, mostly abandoned, corner of the town, remembering better days. Attempts to purchase and renovate the building have all failed, and every year it seems to have melted more and more back into the desert.

I love how you bring together the hot light with cool shadows in your desert pieces. Dream quality!

Marsha, I can see the beauty and in fact, it would have made a great Art Gallery, where one could live upstairs and share in the Gallery every day. Wonderful Art and dream!!! :D L/F

Marsha, I love architecture and steps. Your use of the blues and colors of spring make this fine art really inviting. Lovely!!! :D L/F

Wonderful glowing complementary colors in this piece of history. I really enjoyed reading about the history of this aged building. Like/f
