Crunchy peanut butter is the best. PBJ sandwich on wheat bread with homemade muscadine jelly is my lunch on many days.

PB and a banana thrown in the morning's yogurt shake. Go ahead and throw in a spoon of Hershey's dark cocoa powder.
Don't forget to lick the spoon.
Jiff , creamy all natural for me.
And I do love it on celery too.
Celery had been ridiculously wilty these days though.

Crunchy peanut butter is the best. Only way for me to eat it is straight out of the jar. Never once had a peanut butter sandwich, even as a kid.

homemade keto peanut butter cookies is the only thing that kept me on my diet long enough to lose 40 lbs this year.

25% fat free - tastes like nutter butter. Filling.
Natural peanut butter - tastes like oil based paint.

Not only did I purposefully lose 40 lbs, I lost plenty of cash buying those ridiculously priced "Keto" products
I've got to learn how to make my own Keto Cookies.

Peanut butter is best when you grind it yourself! It's organic and creamy and the flavor is just so good!

Tasty tasty. I am a huge fan of the classic PB&J sandwich. Also, my favorite cake ever is chocolate cake with peanutbutter frosting! Delish!

Ah peanut butter! I can, and do, sit with a jar of peanut butter and just eat it with a spoon. Or liberally spread on a piece of toast, and by liberal, I mean dripping off the sides. The best comfort food. Yummy.

Fear Of Peanut Butter
i overcame my arachibutyrophobia
thanks to the help of an older woman
she took me at the tender age of 14 to her bosom
and taught me that homemade chunky organic in glass
would never stick to the roof of my mouth
if i approached it with confidence
and assurance

Roger, they are so easy to make - only 3 or four ingredients.
Do you Pinterest ? Many recipes on there. Secret is Almond flour (get the x tra fine grain milled) & a sugar substitute like Truvia.
I'll look you up a recipe - or maybe Shelli will share hers here.
Here's one.
1C Almond flour
1/2 C PB smooth and soft
1 egg
1/4c granulated sweetener
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
a sprinkle of sea salt if you wish on top. Place on cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Pre heated 350 degree oven @ 8 - 10 mins. ( mine always take a few mins longer )
Must let cool before touching or they will crumble on you. or just eat them with a spoon if you must .
There are recipes available with no eggs, or Maple syrup or only 3 ingredients if you wish.

RE:.. "arachibutyrophobia"
I no longer have that fear, since the roof of my mouth is now protected by my upper dentures

Janine,
Thanks for your response
As far as Pinterest...I only use it to see who is looking at my work, never ever, looking at anyone else's postings.
And this 87year old at a heated oven, must always be thought of as a dangerous venture

The only thing I use it for is to put in my oatmeal, usually with yoghurt too. I don't eat sandwiches.

The ability to ponder the impact of peanutbutter and its omnipresence impact as an alternative protein and fat based sandwich filler reflects social, ecological, and environmental issues from it very first inception by the African American scientific George Washington Carver.
Regardless of ones likes or dislikes regarding peanutbutter does not negate its relative importance.
Peanutbutter is here to stay.
LMAO!
Good to see you again Freedom!
Have a great day, FAA!

I can eat it all by itself by the spoonful. I prefer it all natural, just ground peanuts- nothing else.
Our Whole Foods has a peanut grinding machine where you can get fresh peanut butter.
Abbie peanut butter isn't really a thing in the UK, right?

A great source of vitamin E, vitamin B3, vitamin B6, folate, magnesium, copper and manganese.
It also contains vitamin B5, iron, potassium, zinc and selenium in small amounts.
Nutritionist Anshul Jaibharat remarks, “Peanut butter contains a certain antioxidant called resveratrol, which has been known to fight free radicals that can cause heart disease and cancer. Studies have shown that peanut butter actually slows down cellular aging and promote heart health.”
It's the one food that can be a dieter's and a foodie's best friend.
Peanut Butter Benefits:
1. Weight Loss

3. Lowers Risk of Cancer
4. Protects Against Alzheimer's Disease and Other Neurodegenerative Diseases

Toby, Peanut butter is a big thing in the UK
Just not in this house
Oh, my. I didn't know it was big in the UK. Peanut butter and Cadbury Milk Chocolate spread. Wow! It's hard to get that spread here though. The place I was getting it from, the owner retired and no one wanted to buy him out so it closed. :-(

I love peanut butter. It's good to always have around for something quick to eat. We always get the all natural stuff, just peanuts and no additives.
Creamy or chunky, I love it on crackers, on a sandwich alone or sometimes with Marshmallow Fluff. Fluff is a marshmallow spread, it may only be a New England thing.

I have PB every day. My favorite is on toasted english muffin with banana. Also on top of fudge grahams.

Vile stuff, only fit for squirrels. Can't stand the odor, even though un-buttered peanuts are a favorite.
