I like waterfalls too.
Here's one I took this past Saturday at Eugenia Falls in Ontario. The pathway down to the bottom was closed because there were a couple of recent accidents where people got hurt, so unfortunately (or maybe fortunately?), this is the closest I could get.
And here's one I took just yesterday. This is an area I used to play at a lot as a kid, so I have many fond memories of it. It's a small one, tucked away in a forest behind a residential neighbourhood. The site WaterfallsOfOntario.com lists over 600 waterfalls in the province, but not this one.

This watercolor painting is of the Vulcan Arenal in Costa Rica. The view of the volcano includes lush green tropical plants, colorful flowers & waterfalls.
I was staying in the local town of La Fortuna & fell in love with this garden of Eden landscape at Tabacon Hot Springs.
Costa Rica is one of my favorite travel destinations in Central America! So much natural beauty, rivers, oceans, rain forests, volcanoes & animal life!

This watercolor painting is a waterfall in Costa Rica. La Fortuna falls pour out from a green jungle & plummet into an aqua blue pool below. It's a short walk from the top, across a bridge & down the hillside steps to reach the canyon floor.
At the bottom pool, you feel the strong breeze of the powerful falls. Swim in the cool water surrounded by lush rain forest vegetation, tropical birds, monkeys & other animals.
The falls are magnificently invigorating & beautiful.

Acrylic painting on gessoed panel.
I enjoy prepping panel board for painting by applying several coats of gesso -- once each application is dry,
I sand the surface, wipe off residue with a damp cloth, repeating application procedure until I have a pristine,
smooth satin surface ready for my brushes to glide on.
I created this self-portrait as an example for those of my painting students who were uneasy about creating a self portrait.
They recognized me immediately by my posture, taking up the challenge to portray themselves in ways they were most comfortable with.

This watercolor painting captures the view from inside the cave at Hamilton Pool Preserve. The cave is a natural grotto with a swimming hole fed by lovely small waterfalls.
The color of the water & flow rate change with the season & rainfall.
No matter the weather, this scenic landmark landscape can be enjoyed year-round. Explore the hiking trails, Pedernales river & beautiful Texas Hill Country views.
This is a popular beloved travel destination for Austin Texas area visitors & locals.

This watercolor painting is a colorful abstract impression of a waterfall cascading down a steep cliff.
Bright sunlight illuminates the white water & yellow-green foliage on the two ledges. The rock cave shadows are a luminous deep purple.
These colors & textures offer a soft dreamy ethereal feel.

Seneca Mills Fall
This beautiful, three tier, cascading waterfall can be discovered on the Keuka Lake Outlet Trail as you journey down the trail from Penn Yan, New York, heading towards the Dresden end point of the trail. There is a parking spot along the road if you want to drive out to the falls and from the parking lot it is an easy relatively short walk back to the waterfall. The section of the gorge where Seneca Mills Fall is located is lined by large stone walls and a remnant of a large mill complex that at one time was located here. The first mill at Seneca Mill Falls was a grist mill that was erected in 1790. Seneca Mills Fall is by far the most desired location for people to stop and is likely also the most beautiful overall setting found along the trail.

Blackwater Falls
Blackwater Falls is located near Davis, West Virginia. The Blackwater River cuts a wide and deep scenic gorge that creates several long cascading falls along its path with Blackwater Falls being the most spectacular of the falls found along the rivers path and is 50 feet in height. There is a trail and some boardwalk areas that allow access to the falls and it is listed as a difficult climb in and out of the gorge. It is well over 200 steps down to the main observation area and of course over 200 steps back up with a couple of landings where one can rest and catch your breath if necessary.
We did not find it that difficult at all but that will certainly depend on your own individual circumstances. When the water is at its higher levels very little if any of the segmented rock face can be seen and this image shows the water at somewhat more of a normal flow exposing a very scenic view of the segmented rock face behind and around the flowing water

Here's one that has been posted a couple of times in this thread already - the Seljalandsfoss in Iceland. This one was challenging for me - I took this photo in October 2016, which was when I was using a point-and-shoot camera and basically just taking snapshots rather than actually trying to find interesting angles and stuff. Plus, this was taken on a gloomy day, so the original photo really looked rather flat and uninteresting. (Gloomy can be good, but in this case, it wasn't.) So this one is quite heavily Photoshopped in an attempt to make it look like a sunset image. One of these days, I'd love to go back armed with the experience I've gained since then, and see what I can come up with (and see more of the island, too).
And here's one that wasn't drastically edited - just stitching together the images for the panorama, and some minor colour corrections here and there. This is Smokey Hollow Falls in Hamilton, Ontario - a city with over 100 waterfalls. This one is generally packed. The parking lot is small, so if you go on a sunny weekend day, good luck getting in. No parking spots, and you're not allowed to stop at the side of the road. One day recently, I had a Thursday off work, so I decided to try again, and had much better luck.

Glacier National Park in northwestern Montana is so beautiful it has also been called "The Crown of The Continent." Although the glaciers have decreased significantly over the years, the park is still filled with some truly regal scenery. Back in the Two Medicine Valley area, I found a special waterfall like none I have ever seen. The spring snow melt from the mountains causes higher levels of water to rush over the top of the rocks and drop forty feet to the stream below. Later in the season as the levels decrease, the waters fall through a hole in the rocks twenty feet below. Many people in this area call this beauty of nature Trick Falls, but the official name is the ... Running Eagle Falls.

Here's a small cascade running beneath the Pakenham Bridge in eastern Ontario, a historic stone five-arch bridge built in 1903. It's the only one of its kind in North America. This photo was taken last September while I was on a road trip around the southeastern part of Ontario. Because of covid-related travel restrictions, I was limited in where I could go, so I bought a book called "Top 160 Unusual Things to See in Ontario" - this trip was largely influenced by that book, and this bridge is one of the things it mentions.
This is Black Beaver Falls in the Agawa Canyon, just east of Lake Superior and a bit north of Lake Huron. This was taken in October 2019 while on a weekend getaway, which included a train ride through a bunch of Autumn foliage (there's no road that leads here).

Twin waterfalls flowing from Lalakea Stream tumble down an immense jungled wall into the deep Waipio Valley on Hawaii’s Big Island. The waterfall on the right side is Hi’ilawe Falls. This is the most famous waterfall in Waipio Valley. No one knows the exact height of this waterfall but it is somewhere between 1200 and 1600 feet tall, making it the tallest waterfall in the state of Hawaii.

Sandstone Falls
Sandstone Falls is a very wide waterfall on the New River a few miles north of the town of Hinton, West Virginia. Where the sandstone ledge and the falls are located the river is an enormous 1,500 feet wide. The river water flows over and around this ledge, creating an island and number of falls that vary in height and width depending upon the water flow of the river. There is no single point from which you can see the entire falls and the eastern ledge of the falls is the highest however you can only get distant views of this section. There is a series of trails and some boardwalks that allow you to get some good vantage points for photographs as long as the water level is not too high when you are visiting. When the water flow is heavy the falls are basically drowned and covered with water allowing for very limited access.
The falls can be found about 10 miles north of the town of Hinton along River Road with the road pretty much coming to an end when you reach the falls area. If you take exit 139 and head south on Route 20 you will take a very windy road that climbs up and down the sides of the gorge on the way to Hinton where you will cross the New River and then pick up River Road. Somewhat out of the way, the roads are not the best in the state but you will be rewarded with a wonderful view of Sandstone Falls.

Glade Creek Waterfall
This pretty little waterfall is located just a few feet downstream from the Glade Creek Grist Mill on the parking lot side of the creek near the front part of the visitor center. It is tucked away along the edge of the stream under the cover of some overhanging tree branches and stands apart from the other wider sections of the water flowing over the rocks.

The Tongass National Forest in southeastern Alaska is the largest national forest in the United States. This waterfall cascaded over the rocks, down the mountain, and stood in contrast to all the foliage and colorful flowers: The forest is named for the Tongass group of the Tlingit people, who inhabited the southernmost areas of Southeast Alaska, near what is now the city of Ketchikan.

I went out walking last night after a rainfall, mainly because I hadn't had a chance to get out during the day (I've been working from home for over a year now), and I needed some air. I ended up going to a park that I've been to many times before, but for some reason last night I had completely forgotten that this waterfall was there, so it kind of took me by surprise when I heard the rushing water. Plus, the water level was much higher than I'd ever seen it before.
Here's one with minimal Photoshop editing - basically just stitching the images together into a panorama:
And here's the same waterfall from a different angle a couple of minutes earlier than the above image, after I had some fun with Photoshop:

Roughlock Falls - Spearfish Canyon South Dakota
Found in a picturesque environment located in a side canyon in Spearfish Canyon, Roughlock Falls is one of the Black Hills most beautiful areas and is part of the South Dakota State Park Game Fish and Parks. Created by the Little Spearfish Creek, the creek flows down a spectacular gorge and then tumbles off of a fifty-foot limestone ledge into a series of lacy cascades surrounded by towering cliffs, thick woods comprised of pine and birch trees, and luscious green undergrowth. One of the most popular waterfalls in the Canyon, Roughlock Falls is known for its crystal clear water. This stunning waterfall is one of the Black Hills most photogenic spots and the areas was used as a set for some of the final scenes of Dances With Wolves. An extremely easy hike to the falls rewards one with all the elegance and serenity that nature has to offer. Spearfish Canyon is a creek carved gorge that is more ancient than the Grand Canyon and until 1893 was only accessible by horseback. Spearfish Canyons narrow 1,000 foot walls are among the most spectacular scenery in the Black Hills.

Letchworth State Park Middle Falls
Letchworth State Park is located approximately 35 miles southwest of Rochester, NY. The park is close to 17 miles in length and the Genesee River flows through the bottom of the 550 foot deep gorge that has formed over the course of time. The gorge at Letchworth State Park has been many times referred to at the Grand Canyon of the East, and in fact is quite impressive to view. The park features three very prominent waterfalls on the Genesee River, the Upper, Middle and Lower Falls and are all located in Portage Canyon in the southern section of the park. The Middle Falls are the largest of the three and at 107 feet in height is the most impressive, the Upper and Lower Falls are quite a bit smaller in size but are equally pleasant to view. The only trail that crosses over the Genesee River within the boundary of the park is a stone bridge located just a short distance north of the Lower Falls.

Falling
Earth water continuously falls.
First from the clouds, and
Down to earth,
Percolating through the sandstone pores
It migrates slowly
In search of the sea,
Its resting place,
Its home.
On the journey back
It travels over and under
Making caves
Carving valleys
Supplying streams,
Carrying sand, carrying leaves,
Current for fish, and crawdads,
Beavers build dens,
Muskrats mingle,
Snakes swim.
While the water wanders
Its way.
Back to the sea.

I kept hesitating to get started because of all the details, but finally hunkered down and got this watercolor done in less than a day!
I decided to not get so stuck on minute details, being that it is a busy picture as it is, and gave an “impression” of what things were. It was such a Beautiful day when I captured the picture!

Burney Falls at MacArthur-Burney Falls Memorial State Park in northern California. The park brochure says "while not the highest waterfall in Callifornia, it may be the most beautiful." Burney Falls is a spectacular 129 ft. waterfall where over 100 million gallons per day of spring water falls into Burney Creek. Since most of the water comes from underground springs, the flow stays relatively constant year-round. Approximately halfway between Mount Lassen and Mount Shasta, this park is a very popular stop along the Volcanic Legacy National Scenic Byway. Burney Falls was named after pioneer settler Samuel Burney who lived in the area in the 1850s. The park is the second oldest state park in California and ecompasses 910 acres. This is an image from the waterfall overlook where you can see the falls from above.

Cathedral Falls
Cathedral Falls is a steep cascade that falls into a large natural rocky amphitheater. Cathedral Falls is an extremely scenic waterfall and is one of the highest in West Virginia. The height of the main falls is a little over 60 feet with a smaller section of falls located above its head. These falls are located about 7 miles north of the Eagles Nest Overlook on the right hand side of the road as you are heading north on Highway 60.
There is a small parking area and a couple of tables, the falls area is visible from the road but you need to be paying attention for them or you will drive right on by them. A nice photo can be taken from the walkway that gets you from the parking lot to the other side of the stream but you can also take a very short walk, enter into the amphitheater and get a nice shot directly at the falls steep wall. Once you are inside of the amphitheater and across from the falls you will not be able to see out to the parking lot or the roadway. Nice, relaxing and enjoyable place to visit.

Honeoye Falls - Upper Falls
This very lovely and beautiful waterfall is great to view during any season of the year and is located in the middle of the Village of Honeoye Falls, New York, on Honeoye Creek. Honeoye Creek runs pretty much through the village center and the falls are approximately a 30 foot high cascading waterfall. The waterfall is visible and accessible year round day and night. The water flow runs from medium to high however in summer the flow can be somewhat on the minimal side. Honeoye Creek can turn into a quite muddy torrent of rushing water during the winter months and especially during the periods of heavy snowmelt. Honeoye Falls is respectable in size, very easy to access and view and is presented in an area of town with very nice surroundings. If you are ever in the area, it would be well worth stopping by the town and taking in the view.

The Big Sioux River Falls - Sioux Falls South Dakota
The Big Sioux River passes through the beautiful city of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and on its journey it passes through what is now a beautifully maintained and gorgeous public park of approximately 123 acres in size. An average of 7,400 gallons of water drop 100 feet over the course of the Falls every second. The Falls of the Big Sioux River in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, have been at the center of recreation and industry since the city was founded in 1856. On the east bank of the Falls can be found the remains of the seven-story Queen Bee Mill which opened on October 25, 1881. The mill was constructed of Sioux Quartzite that was quarried on site. Also located on the east side of the Falls is the old Sioux Falls Light and Power building that was completed in 1908. This power plant had three 500-kilowatt hydroelectric generators and used the dam and the millrace from the Queen Bee Mill. In the years that followed the power plant added additional coal-fired steam generators to meet the expanding requirements for electric power. The power plant was abandoned in 1974 and donated to the city in 1977. The building remains in similar condition as when it was first constructed and now has been remodeled into the Falls Overlook Cafe that serves a variety of family friendly food and has several historical items on display. There is also a nice gift shop located by the falls with an observation tower that one can take up to an open air viewing are giving a nice view of the river, the falls, the park and some of the downtown area of Sioux Falls - there is no charge to use the elevator, or the stairs if you prefer, to reach the top of the tower. Tahquamenon Falls State Park
The Tahquamenon Falls State Park covers almost 50,000 acres and is a gorgeous place to visit and spend some time enjoying nature and what it has to offer in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. A vast majority of the park is undeveloped woods, no road, no buildings and no power lines.
The big attraction of the park, and the reason for its existence is the Tahquamenon River and its waterfalls. The upper falls is one of the largest in the country east of the Mississippi river. The upper falls has a drop of 48 to 50 feet, is more than 200 feet across and has had a maximum of 50,000 gallons per second of water cascading over the edge. The lower falls consist of five smaller falls flowing around an island and while not as dramatic as the Upper Falls they are quite lovely to view.
The amber color of the water in the Tahquamenon River is created by tannins that are leached from the cedar, spruce and hemlock trees located in the swamps drained by the river. A total of 790 square miles of land drain into the river. The river wanders 94 miles before flowing out into Whitefish Bay. The extremely soft water churned up by the action of the falls creates vast amounts of foam and has been a trademark of the Tahquamenon ever since it was first viewed.
