Description
Shops in the Albaicín. This scene in old Granada looking from the Plaza San Gregorio towards the Calle Calderería Nueva made a challenging subject for this watercolour. Beautiful, old buildings, with colourful Moroccan shops and tea rooms on the ground floor, rise up above the narrow, cobbled streets leading up here from the City centre. In this painting I have tried to capture the vibrant colour of the scene as well as the lovely architecture.
I sell my original paintings to collectors from all over the world and am happy to quote for this watercolour including delivery direct to your home.
