The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

Plot:
"The Smash-Up" follows the life of Angie Evans (played by Susan Hayward), a talented and ambitious singer who marries Ken Conway (played by Lee Bowman), a successful advertising executive. The couple enjoys a comfortable life together, but Ken becomes increasingly consumed by his work and begins neglecting Angie.
As the years pass, Angie feels isolated and unfulfilled in her role as a housewife and mother to their young daughter. She yearns to revive her singing career and regain her independence. However, Ken discourages her from pursuing her dreams and insists that she prioritize her family.
