I captured this photo while eating the best pastrami sandwiches from Subway in Laie, several minutes away from Sunset Beach, North Shore. For some reason the Subway in Laie makes better pastrami sandwiches than the mainland. An odd description I guess for this photo but I remember it distinctly because I had to fight the urge to keep eating versus handle my camera when the action was happening. It was such a good time with my son.
