Storm light.
There’s good reason this light is so well protected from the elements (excuse the unintended pun!) - that’s because it’s on board HMS Caroline.
Caroline is now a floating museum in Belfast’s Titanic quarter in Northern Ireland. In her prime, she saw action in the Battle of Jutland and I believe this is the only remaining ship from that historic event - one that I learned about when I was at school!
There’s so much to know about this ex Royal Navy vessel, but I’m going to let you find out for yourself, when you come visit Belfast!
