The rock layers and strata of the flysch in Zumaia above the K-T boundary sink into the Bay of Biscay. Apart from the breathtaking beauty of this place where earth meets the sea of crystalline waters, nature tells us a story of ancient geologic times.
The Flysch in Zumaia has been used as the outer wall of Dragonstone in Game of Thrones.
