It was early in the morning, with eight inches of fresh snow on the ground and it was still coming down. The air was crisp, with a stillness all around. Suddenly, these cottontail rabbits jump out onto the snow drift, looking for a bit of grass or seeds for a meal. They were watchful and patient, as the snow continued to fall. They reminded me of a childhood story book. After eating a few seeds, they began to jump and play, chasing each other in the snow. They put on quite a show! I added digital textures and photo painting for a canvas effect.
Perfect for a child's room, or for the nature and animal lover!
