You are lost in a dark forest full of thick trees, moss, and ferns. For a time, it seems like the woods have no end, but then you spot a light in the darkness. Up ahead, rays of sunshine break through the leafy canopy above. Just to get a relief from the darkness you head towards it. As you approach you hear a rustling in the underbrush. Suddenly a creature of myth and legend emerges into the light. Meet the mystical unicorn, and, unlike your traditional horned horse of storybooks and fairy tales, this animal is not pure white. Rather, this is a palomino unicorn.

From the artist: this was my first new artwork created in 2024. One of my goals for the year is to create more equine themed fantasy works. The palomino coat has been popular in my horse themed works, so I thought I bring it over into my fantasy collection.
