I bought this as a gift for my daughter and she loved it. The tuxedo cat painting was beautifully done. The blue and purple background was perfect to showcase the artist rendering of the cat.
The elegantly 'Painted Ladies' across from San Francisco's Alamo Square are truly an architectural feast for the eyes. This picture perfect chocolate box scene in a variety of pastel shades has something for everyone's taste. Subtly glamorous and graceful, these wonderful late 19th Century Victorian homes sit comfortably side by side, each one equally sharing the spotlight, the famous skyscrapers of the city providing a stunning panoramic backdrop. I blended a little texture with my original photograph to compliment the nostalgic feel of this charming scene.
I'm a travel photographer and photo artist. I like to explore every nook and cranny of anywhere I visit and I'm always looking out for something unusual or unique, weird and wonderful, interesting and intriguing. For me, half the challenge is in the initial taking of the photo, the looking for something that catches my attention, getting that perfect composition, but the other half is in the processing, the tweaking and twisting and the addition of a little imagination to see how much detail I can bring to the surface and hopefully let the viewer see the same as I did when I took the shot. My images have been shot here, there and everywhere, mainly in the historic cities of Europe and with the occasional one taken in my own surroundings...
