This print is beautiful. It's a commonly depicted subject, but it is very special. The composition, tonal quality, and movement are exceptional and evocative. The piece is true to it's title... breathtaking!

I have wanted this for my pro life bulletin board at my Catholic Church and I wasn’t disappointed. It is beautiful and it has so much meaning put in a picture. A picture speaks better then words and this picture says it all. Thanks

GreyPepperArt I am a Kent artist, happiest in the garden wielding a watering can or sketch pad, and can spend hours watching my family's pets (including, cats, dogs, chickens, ducks, honey bees and geese) and other beasties, and enjoy trying to capture their antics in paint. I love animals, they lift my spirit and make me smile, and I hope to evoke this enchantment in my watercolours. My technique is 'wet in wet', laying colour on wet paper, in the hopes of happy accidents and a flowing piece of art that brings to life the lively animals I paint. TOO Cute!!!!!!!!!!! Debra you really capture the essence of kitties in your work. We have 3, all rescues and 1 of our old girls just turned 17 2 days ago. Your image above reminds me a bit of a dear kitty that went to the rainbow bridge-love!

Happy Birthday to the 17-year-old! I have a mother-and-son rescue cats, and another I inherited. The boy-cat likes grabbing my paint brush, hence the 'spatters' in many of my paintings!
