Louisiana Cypress Island Reserve at Lake Martin, is part of the Atchafalaya River protected Bald Cypress State Parks, The bald cypress and tupelo tree colors are outstanding even in the dead of winter, February here. The moss and grasses take on out of this world colors. I saw these two trees in the late afternoon sun. the wonderful lighting and the mirrored reflections and knew I had to capture them before the light left minutes later.
