Laughing Buddha In Half Light.
This is Budai and should not be confused with Buddha as he was a Chinese monk from around the tenth century. A literal translation of his name is said to mean โcloth sackโ. His jolly appearance easily distinguishes him from other Buddhist masters, hence his Chinese nickname of โLaughing Buddhaโ.
