Description
Hardy Blue Passion Flower viewed and photographed at the Williamsburg, Virginia, Botanical Garden. "
The star-shaped blooms of the Blue Passion Vine (Passiflora incarnata) radiate violet colored filaments with a delicate harmonic resonance. The leaves are 3-lobed and the tendrils are quick climbers that provide an excellent food source for many collectable butterfly larvae. This vine pollinated by hummingbirds, bees and bumblebees and is native to the United States. As the State flower of Tennessee the vine is loaded with blue and white clusters of flowers that are centered by wiry, arched, golden reproductive parts, and this vine produces beautiful hand sized blooms that magically turn into hen-egg sized fruits that are edible and are called "passion fruit".

Randy Rosenberger 1 Year Ago Description to go along with submissions beside just title Remember on all submissions to me for future featuring, must have a description along with them, beside just the title and what groups have featured your works. Things that viewer would be interested in would be where, when, why, what, etc. So no submission will have a chance of being featured if it includes only the title. You Must have a one or two sentence description of your submission.
