Elizabeth Park in West Hartford Connecticut first thing in the morning at Tulip Time is a glorious sight to behold!. It’ a wonderful place to sit, walk, meditate and photograph! In April and May a tulip display lines the park in beautiful rows for the public to enjoy...and in June and July come magnificent roses! In Fall, there are yet more flowers,There is also a lovely pond in the park and a small garden cafe, overlooking the pond. Elizabeth Park is one of the oldest municipal parks in the nation and is located in West Hartford, Connecticut.. The colorful seasonal flower displays are rotated throughout the year. Best of all, it's free of charge to the public!
