Love this duvet cover in the Tree Fort Suite of the Elk View Lodge, Fernie, BC, Canada.
A fierce bear with open jaws is depicted in a black and white illustration, conveying a sense of raw power and aggression. Below the bear's head is a dreamcatcher, often associated with Native American culture, which contrasts with the wild ferocity of the bear through its traditional symbolism of protection and peaceful sleep. The combination of the two elements creates a striking and somewhat surreal visual.
Balazs Solti is a self-taught freelance illustrator. He was born in 1979. He has been living in Budapest ever since. In 2010, he started his career as an illustrator and soon became a full time artist. First, he designed T-shirts for the fashion industry, and that made a mark on his unique style. In his works, he combines modern design influence and affection for pop culture to create detailed graphics with a little humor including a collection of animal and skull portraits.
