I noted that the color came out differently on this size of bag, it is distinctly more purple. I happen to love that color also--the larger size has perfect color, exactly like the photo. I love both of my bags.

Rhodesian ridgeback dogs are a breed of sighthound developed in southern Africa. They are also known as African Lion Hounds, since they were bred to hunt lions. This portrait is reminiscent of the ancestors of these dogs.
