This piece is very true to it's picture very defined. The cup itself is of fine quality as well. The story behind it was beautiful to read. When I look at it, it will take me back to the first time that I saw and read the story. Glad I took the time to purchase. No regrets!
A turquoise blue human skull is centrally displayed against a solid red circular background. The skull is stylized with stark black shading to accentuate its features and depth, and there is a drip of red, similar in color to the background, that seems to flow from its right eye socket.
Balazs Solti is a self-taught freelance illustrator. He was born in 1979. He has been living in Budapest ever since. In 2010, he started his career as an illustrator and soon became a full time artist. First, he designed T-shirts for the fashion industry, and that made a mark on his unique style. In his works, he combines modern design influence and affection for pop culture to create detailed graphics with a little humor including a collection of animal and skull portraits.
