The top of the towel has the image printed on it, and the back is white cotton. Available in three different sizes: hand towel, bath towel, and bath sheet.

Thanks Donna. This is actually a photo created on film. The transparency film was cross processed to get the effect. The only photoshop part is the keyhole shape.
