Description

The Chessie Trail is a great place to jog, walk or just meander and enjoy all the beautiful views of the Maury River. Especially in autumn! I did a little sketch of this area where the river bends to the right last year and finally had some time to work on the composition and do a larger studio piece.

The Maury River and Chessie Trail are in Rockbridge County VA near Lexington.
