The Many Faces Of Santa Claus

I am looking for delightful paintings, photographs, carvings, etc. that represent Kris Kringle, Father Christmas, Santa Claus. The jolly ol' fellow may be seen with children on his lap, driving his sleigh, checking his naughty and nice list, readying himself to go down a chimney, or through the back door, your choice. Santa may be in a still life, in flight, in a department store handing out goodies. Santa may have Mrs. Clause with him, or some of his elves, or even his reindeer. It is for you to choose. Santa as shown in the State of Wisconsin, may not be the picture that you get from Santa, if living in Italy or Canada, Africa, or in South America. You choose the Santa that is representative of your area of the world. We must be able to recognize your Santa, so keep it simple whenever possible. Absolutely no nudes or partial nudes. He can be around your tree dropping off presents, or maybe sitting in a chair resting and sampling your cookies and milk you may have left for him. All works MUST BE in FULL Color! No B&W, sepia, or monochrome allowed in this contest. Santa does not have to be a living person in this contest. He may be represented by Santa ornaments, pictures of Santa, front yard blow ups of Santa, etc.

Each participant may submit 1 image.
