SHIRT IS GREAT, BUT LOTS OF CONFUSION WITH FINE ART AMERICA CUSTOMER SERVICE... TOOK OVER A MONTH OF EMAILS TO FIND OUT THE T SHIRT COLOR WAS NOT AVAILABLE, HAD TO REORDER. NO EXPEDITED SHIPPING OR OTHER DISCOUNT OFFERED FOR THEIR SCREW UP. GOT THE SHIRT A COUPLE DAYS BEFORE OUR EVENT, THANKFULLY. BUT DIDNT HAVE IT TO GIVE TO AT CHRISTMAS AS PLANNED.IMAGE ITSELF IS A CLASSIC. SHIRT IS NOT TOP QUALITY, CERTAINLY NOT WORTH WHAT THEY ARE CHARGING.

Thank you to my Nonna!
Santa Clara, Northern California - We observed this autumn-colored poison oak at the bottom of a eucalyptus tree as we walked through the Ulistac Nature Area this month. Poison oak (Toxicodendron diversilobum) grows in wooded or marshy areas. Contact with oil on the leaves, stem or roots of the plant can cause an allergic reaction for many people. It starts with itching and mild irritation, then worsens into an itchy red rash; blisters may form, and it may be severe and widespread enough to require prescription medication. Taken in Ulistac Nature Area, which is about 40 acres of park along the Guadalupe River. It is the only dedicated natural open space in the City of Santa Clara. Beginning in 2001, hundreds of volunteers have spent many hours removing invasive species and instead planting California native trees, shrubs, grasses, and wildflowers. There are trails through most of the area, but no facilities are available.
Photography has become my passion in these last two decades. I'm really drawn to older objects, vehicles, and buildings, in which I see the beauty of rust and decay, but I also enjoy animals, flowers, trees, rocks, landscapes, and so many aspects of nature. I also enjoy architectural features, outdoor art, charming scenes, and unusual things. Living in California and now in Wisconsin has provided many fine things and places to capture, but I have also been fortunate enough to travel to some interesting places that have provided plenty of photographic opportunities.
