Profile Image Is Blank... Why?

Has this happened to anyone else? In the Activity Stream, when someone adds me to their watchlist, my profile picture is a blank square. Yet in most other places, it shows up fine.
I've changed my profile pic, which is a jpg several times and the same thing happens.
It happened again today in the Activity page. Most recently, I was added to a watchlist by someone named Celeste. If you scroll down, you'll see that my profile pic is blank. Yet it's there when you click on it.
What's causing this to happen every time with only the profile pics? I've cleared the cache each time before uploading, but it still happens. It's just a little frustrating. Any help is very much appreciated! Thanks so much!

I have had that happen but it doesn't bother me

Mine does that sometimes too Lorraine, it may be related to some other problems reported with images not loading. Hopefully all will be working properly again soon.

The activity screen has been broken for a long time. I'm sure there are other things that don't work. I wouldn't worry about the blank ones.

I think there's a major problem, seems everything is not working. FAA needs to fix the problem.

Well, I certainly appreciate all of your kind responses. I thought that I was doing something wrong. I also did not want this issue to have a negative impact or reflection on my work.
And since it wasn't consistent, it didn't make sense. I'm glad I reached out to you here! Guess it's not a unique situation, so like you said, maybe I shouldn't let it bother me.
Besides, that blank square may wind up intriguing people enough to click on it and check out my artwork! Now that'd be great! Lol
