I have over 1,000 images on my Wombo Dream gallery, and not a red cent has had to be paid.
As Wombo specify, there is a free trial period. I am still within that free trial after 3 weeks.

NightcafeStudio on the other hand does demand that you either earn credits, or buy credits.

NightcafeStudio is indeed very much similar to Wombo Dream; with the added feature of not
only inputting text, but inputting your photos also.

Unfortunately the Wombo T&C page you have appended above is for the video version,
and not the DREAM version as used here.
