Yes...I can only respond to your comment by my phone, not computer. I can't do anything on the site by computer. I hope this problem can be fixed. It's been a couple days.
If you can't do anything here on your computer, deleting emails is the least of your problems. There is nothing wrong with the site, it's your computer.
I tried to clear out old emails today (FAA); each time the "delete" command at the top of my (Mac) screen would appear for just a second then disappear. I had to open each email separately to delete it.
I have been having problems with Firefox since their last update. The problem that is driving me crazy is the copy and paste feature isn't working. I can't compose my blog posts in my word processor and then paste them into my blog. So I had to change to Chrome.
If you are using Firefox, that might be your problem. Try a different browser and see if it works.
Others as well. Jessica, it is not my computer. Besides, I clear out my emails daily. I shall see if the problem is corrected. I thank those who stated the same problem. Thank you.
I can't delete emails unless I open them first. When I get the message "Are you sure you want to delete this" comes on, the "OK" flashes and is gone in a second, before I can click on it.
