Puzzles And Face Masks Don't Appear As Options

I've added puzzles and face masks to ALL of my images, but they don't show up as product options when an image is clicked. I do see them, however, if I'm signed in and choose an image to edit. I'd love to promote these things, but can't tell folks how to find them!

Thank you, Jessica! Looks like I have to relink every image in my website shop to go to pixels.com instead of fineartamerica.com.
I might even add a bio, since you mentioned it.

I don't even see puzzles as an option for my photos. Any idea how to add?

Michelle, just like any other product do a bulk edit of your images. You will see puzzles as the last option

Edit any of your images and at the bottom is puzzles. You can add your markup or not

On your premium site, you have to use the search icon to view Face Masks, Type Face Mask. You can view all other products on your Premium site by tapping the Shop icon.

IF "Jigsaw Puzzles" does not seem to be on the menu in your SHOP TAB, despite selecting "ALL" for Departments and "ALL" for Products

THEN TRY THIS

In the CONTROL PANEL, FIND AND CHANGE the markup for "Puzzles" in BOTH "Default Prices" AND "Bulk Edit Prices" which you will find towards the bottom of each screen.

"Jigsaw Puzzles" will appear in the store menu once the markup has been completed I believe.

Didn't see the comments...I was busy changing the pricing...lol

Abigail, the Default Markup to for setting parameters for all of your future uploads. To "turn on" the puzzles for your existing 263 images you need to use the Bulk Edit Prices function.

Also, keep in mind that the puzzles will only show on your pixels profile and on your premium site.

AND premium Pixels sites only.

Just log in with the same details

A premium account is the best place to be be sending everyone, as it is just yours with no other artists on it

Search pages like the shop pages take 24+ hours to re-cache with changes

I think a lot of people are confused because they log into FAA (as I do), which doesn't show some of the products. Just so everybody is clear, all the products only show on pixels.com or on your premium pixels website. Not all of them show on Fin Art America.

Sometimes the answers in these question threads, I think, give way more information than people need and they get confused.

And.... like Abbie said :-). I just read Abbie's post.

FAA and Pixels branding is very confusing. Why not merge as one?
