Pixels Merch has been in business since 2006 and has 14 manufacturing centers located in 5 countries.   Each manufacturing center can ship products to any destination in the world.

When you receive an order for one of your products through our Shopify app, we'll automatically route the order to the nearest manufacturing center in order to minimize shipping costs and speed up delivery times.

For example, if a buyer from London places an order for one of your framed prints, we'll automatically route the order to our manufacturing center in the Netherlands, and the framed print will ship out to your buyer within 2 - 3 business days!

Our return policy is very simple:

If you're not happy with a purchase that you made through our Shopify app, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date.   As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price.   Please note - we do not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.
