Welcome to Showcasing The South and Mid Atlantic group ... a group dedicated to photographing and showcasing the beauty of nature, wildlife and life in general from the southern and Mid Atlantic United States:
Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Washington D.C., Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi, Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

GROUP RULES


• A state and location must be shown in the title of all contest entries and feature requests. Recommended that state and location also appear in description and keywords. Discussions will continue to allow open posting of photos without state and location in the title

• Full Resolution Preview (green square box magnifier) must be enabled.
• Photography only.
• Submit your BEST work. NO blurry, grainy images or uneven horizon lines.
• NO copyright info. The FAA watermark or text that is part of an applied texture or an unobtrusive signature is acceptable.
• NO nudity/violence/gore/blood (human or animal) or profanity. Keep it family friendly.
• Please post from the Fine Art America site ... not Pixels or Artist Websites.
• One images per day may be submitted
• Continued non-adherence to the rules will result in the member being removed from the group without notice.

*****No paintings, photographs of paintings or pure digital art that is not photography based. Texturing or photo-painting is allowed, but digital painting that does not start with a photo is not. AI photography will be accepted IF it began with your photo. Photographs that are not yours but scanned and edited also will not be accepted*****

Photographs that have won a contest in South Mid-Atlantic Group in 2024 are not eligible to win in future contests for 2024. Photographers are still eligible.
