Welcome to the Appalachia America group! This group welcomes photos and art from the beautiful and popular Appalachian region of the United States. Show us mountains, valleys, cities, towns, rivers, wildlife, flora and the unique aspects of life in this beautiful region. Please include in your description what state and area your image embodies. Images from outside the Appalachian region will not be accepted. There is limit of 3 images a day, please show us your best and favorite work!

All media accepted: If you create watercolors, oil paintings, pencil drawings, photographs etc, then you can show it here.

Appalachia America includes all or portions of the following states: Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, North Carolina, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Jersey and New York.

Images and art from all over the beautiful area considered to be Appalachia America. This region has a unique look and lifestyle that is the true heart of America. You will see everything from mountains, wildlife and flora to farming, cities and daily life from within this region. Please visit the quarterly Featured Image Collections in the discussion area of the group for better views of past and present featured images by the talented members of this group!
