For me, the perfect day begins here on the Outer Banks, Nag's Head Beach, in North Carolina. Locally known as OBX capturing the magnificent sunrise by a local pier, close to Bodie Lighthouse. The Outer Banks is comprised by a series of off shore islands. Then we have breakfast on that same pier watching the local fishermen haul in their fish for the day, the birds overhead and then a quick nap, so I can photograph the Milky Way that night at the Bodie Lighthouse.
