Weather Change is an extraordinary painting and it looks perfect on our wall. Looking at the painting reminds me of many wonderful times on the water and watching the water. Lots of strong emotions contained in this painting and this reproduction is excellent.

Having grown up in Altoona, Pennsylvania, discovering David Mittner’s artwork was truly a nostalgic and emotional experience. His incredible images of the Pennsylvania Railroad brought back vivid memories of my childhood—living just a few blocks from the PRR tracks and near the old turntable. A row of uniform, multi-storied buildings with white facades and red roofs is depicted in an artistic and somewhat impressionistic style. In front of the buildings, there are a few trees with lush canopies, casting soft shadows on the facade, and a visible signature of the artist is present in the lower right corner. The artwork gives off a serene and somewhat vintage European vibe, possibly inspired by a scenic urban street.
