Description
A pair of Cormorants are perched on small turf islands in a pond shared by multiple types of wildlife at Fort Smallwood Park in Pasadena, Maryland. One Cormorant decides to go to the bathroom exactly at the time I snapped the shutter while all the Canada geese swim away. This isn't the first time this has happened while I've photographed a Cormorant.
Maybe not normally a scene to be particularly proud of posting, except perhaps for the uncanny timing coincidence, humorous aspect to the photo and the opportunity for an amusing title which I call, "Now Streaming On The Nature Channel". This could make an amusing "card" for the right occasion.
Image capture 11-18-16 and processed 1-7-21.
