Long shutter speed Vahid. I think this shot was around 4 seconds. Keep the image still for around two of those seconds, then move the camera for the last two.

I see the word "menacing" in the tags! The misty veil certainly creates an atmosphere and transforms it into something more spooky than it would be in normal light. It's like a light descending rather than buildings ascending!
