2010 INTERNATIONAL EPSON PANO AWARDS, RECIPIENT OF BRONZE AWARD. 2010 will be known as a phenomenal year for wildflowers in the Hill Country of central Texas. With this image of Texas Bluebonnets, I stumbled onto a shooting tip...this photo has such a peaceful feel to it due to the even lighting. One might think that "it must`ve been overcast", but actually, it wasn`t that at all...it is actually AFTER sunset. There was just a little light left in the sky, so I needed a 10 second exposure at f/22. Fortunately, there was absolutely no wind. Didn`t know what I would get, but I loved the result. I hope you do too.
