Growing up in along rolling foothills of North Carolina, I came to realize the country farm and atmosphere offered numerous blessings of rural beauty and the peace of simple living. This painting called "Country Roads Take Me Home" leads one along a dusty road past an antique tractor and down to the farm in the valley below the mountains. The title shares a similarity to a song with the same theme by the late singer, John Denver, one of my favorite country musicians. For all those who love the country, indeed, country roads feel like they are taking you home.
