This gorgeous photo was a present for my brother who has spent much time on Ambergris Caye in Belize. He loved it! He said it brought back many happy memories and loved the color and style. I returned this particular cover, as I found a Saul Steinberg cover that better served the purpose of creating a Christmas, New Year, and birthday gift for a friend who lived in NY and relocated to San Francisco. The New Yorker has provided a wonderful array of covers over the 60+ years the magazine has been in my home. Edna Eicke's cover was produced prior to my birth in 1947, and it is part of The New Yorkers' great cover legacy.
